But they forgot to tell me that i have to do the whole process login as new user again and again whenever I want to connect. Or maybe I wasn't listening to the instruction. I brought the modem and notebook to IM2 counter in Indosat building (across Bank Indonesia - next to Dept Pariwisata) and gave everything to them to be installed. They need to 'flush' the modem (to change it into mac-able modem) and then you can use it in mac. But ask them again how you can use it for windows. After that, i tried using it with Vista in my other notebook but it won't connect anymore, so they gave me the flush software that must be installed in windows. My suggestion : bring the notebook and the modem to the Indosat building and stay there until they can do it. It usually works. They have pretty good people there. Hopefully this helps.
